Our return policy allows for a 14-day window, beginning from the date of receipt, for customers to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and with its original packaging. Products that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. To ensure the safe transit of the returned item, we suggest using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Contact us within 14 days to initiate a return at contact@highlandcandlecompany.com or from the ‘Contact‘ page. Sadly, items sent back to us without requesting a return can not be accepted.
Once we have received the order in its original condition, we will then issue the refund to the original payment method. Please note that we may require images or videos of the order for our records.
