Sweating is little beads of oil on the wax, sometimes a slick. It is fragrance coming back out of the crystal structure because the candle got warm — a windowsill, a hot van, a conservatory in June. Soy does this more than paraffin. It looks alarming. It is usually cosmetic.
What to do
Let it cool. Blot with kitchen paper. Do not pour the oil down the sink and then complain it does not smell. Keep the lid on and the jar somewhere boring. Then burn it as normal, wick trimmed, first pool to the glass.
If it sweats every time the heating comes on, the load is high or the house is tropical. Still burnable. Not pretty on a gift table.
